I had initially called Katy about a house she listed (which had sold in 12 hours). I wanted someone who knew the area and could get me into great homes as soon as they hit the market. The first time she took me around, I knew that I wanted to work with her – Katy was excited as I was in getting started to find the perfect place.

She would send the newest listings to me throughout the day and have me looking at a multiple houses before nightfall. Katy was on top of staying in touch, and used any type of communication that was convenient for me. Within a short amount of time she would answer the many questions that came up throughout the process. She was always mindful of when I was best available, and made time to work with me constantly.
