My wife and I have use Katy on three occasions. First, she was very patient, accommodating, and up-beat as she helped a very picky couple (us!) find a home. We also used her to help us find renters for a rental. She took a lot of effort off of my hands sifting out just the good rental candidates to show and communicate with. Lastly, when it was time for us to sell our condo, we used Katy again to help us sell in a very difficult condo market.
